Trinchero Wine and Food Dinner

On Monday, April 25 , Sevy’s Grill welcomes one of our favorite wineries, Trinchero Napa Valley! This iconic family winery started with Mario and Bob Trinchero in 1972 with a single vineyard of Zinfandel vines. Now, through constant innovation and handcrafting wines from estate vineyards, Trinchero Napa Valley has grown into a leader of fine wine production and hospitality. We are fortunate once again to have Joel Dicharry with us who knows all the insight into what makes these wines and the Trinchero family so special.

Amuse bouche begins at 6:30, followed by a four course dinner with specially paired wines at 7:00. $125 per guest (plus tax and gratuity). Duckhorn Wine and Food Dinner

Join us on Monday, March 14 , as we welcome a Napa Valley classic and an American icon, Duckhorn Vineyards. Founded in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn, it was one of the first 40 wineries in Napa Valley. For four decades the commitment to crafting wines of distinction has remained at the heart of the Duckhorn philosophy. The finest fruit, world class estate program and dedication to crafting flavors at their peak. Alina Walker, Duckhorn District Manager will be joining us this evening to share insights into the wines and the people behind them.

Chalk Hill Wine and Food Dinner

On Monday, February 21st Sevy’s Grill is excited to team with this iconic winery! For 50 years, Chalk Hill Estate Winery has committed to creating terroir-driven wines of character, richness and elegance from the the diverse hills of their Sonoma estate. Joining us will be Eric Cain, Texas State Manager, to share insight on these awesome wines and the Chalk Hill winery. New Year's Eve

Join us, Friday the 31st, as we put 2021 in the past and welcome 2022! We are looking forward to the excitement and possibilities that a new year brings. Sevy’s Grill will once again be offering our popular New Years Eve Dinner with an expanded menu for $95 (plus tax and gratuity). Also offered from 5:00- 6:30 will be our Early menu, with fewer choices for $75.

New this year is a complimentary champagne toast for every guest to start the New Year! The full menu will offer several choices over three courses, including Shrimp Cocktail, Caesar Salad with Lemon Dill Crab, Crab Crusted Salmon Fillet, a 14 oz. Cakebread Cellars Wine and Food Dinner

Join us on Monday, June 14 for a special evening with one of our favorite vintners, Cakebread Cellars! Since th 1973 the Cakebread family has been producing world class wines, with success built on quality and consistency in the grapes, the Cakebread team and the operation. As Dennis Cakebread once told me, “There are no bad vintages of Cakebread wines, just differences in volume of bottles filled.” Lisa Gurvey will be joining us to share additional insight and stories about this iconic Napa Valley winery.

Amuse bouche and reception wine begins at 6:30, with a four course menu, customized to compliment each vintage, following. $125 per guest (plus tax and gratuity). Margerum Wine and Food Dinner

Monday, May 17th, we welcome a very special evening with Doug Margerum (himself!) and his acclaimed wines! Doug has been involved with the food and wine scene in Santa Barbara for over 35 years, and his wealth of experience and talent shows! The Margerum Wine Company uses and emphasizes long-term Burgundian sensibilities and techniques in Rhone varietal wine making. Reception wine and amuse bouche begins at 6:30, followed by a Four Course Dinner of amazing wine and food.

This one-time-only dinner will be both fun and informative with Doug’s energetic personality! $115 per guest (plus tax and gratuity). Orin Swift Wine and Food Dinner

Join is on Monday, April 19th as Sevy’s Grill welcomes this very special winery for the first time! Orin Swift Cellars was founded by Dave Phinney in 1998 after working at Robert Mondavi Winery. As an homage to his parents, he took his father’s middle name (Orin) and his mother’s maiden name (Swift) to name the winery. His modern wine making is rich, intense and unapologetic. This will be a night of great Wine and Food! Chandler Jordan, Development Manager, will be with us to share insights into these awesome wines.

In a truly great American story, the Daou brothers, Georges and Daniel, have gone from toiling in their grandfather’s ancient olive groves in Lebanon, to creating their own company in the United States. Aperture Cellars Wine and Food Dinner

Sevy’s Grill is proud to partner with Aperture Cellars for the first time! This newer winery is putting the wine world on its head! They have built an amazing following by making a range of expressive Bordeaux-style wines from Sonoma’s premier cool-climate vineyard sites. Wine Spectator has described their wines as “plump, intense and juicy” while remaining “clean and complex”. Join us on Monday, December 7 for this wonderful evening with Aaron Roberson, the National Distributor, to learn more about his dynamic winery. Sevy will be serving a special menu to compliment each wine.
